Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to paid consultations and written financial-management plans offered by Sync Channel Financial Planning Co., Ltd. Fees are confirmed before payment; this page uses standard market terms where specific windows were not yet confirmed by the business (proposed, pending business confirmation).

Process
- Email info@syncchannel.store or call +66-53-218-647 with your name, booking date, and reason.
- We confirm receipt within three business days (Thailand time).
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days unless banking rules require longer.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least forty-eight hours ahead. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee stated at booking.
Deposits
If a deposit is required for plan work, it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits are refundable under the “plan not yet started” row above.
Non-refundable items
Third-party fees (courier, translation, or licensed specialist referrals) paid on your instruction are not refundable by us. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
Disputes
We aim to resolve concerns directly. If unresolved, you may pursue remedies under Thai consumer protection law where applicable.
